Brown Rice Fruit Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked brown rice
8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
1 pear, chopped
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
DRESSING
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

1. Mix together the rice, pineapple, pear, raisins and pecans.
2. In separate small bowl, prepare dressing and mix well.
3. Stir the dressing into the salad mixture and refrigerate for one hour before serving
