Pecan Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked wild rice
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 orange, zest of
ground pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss gently until well mixed.
2. Cover and let stand at room temperature about 2 hours before serving.
