Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 cup rice, cooked
6 tablespoons salad oil
3 tablespoons vinegar or white wine
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons tarragon
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup green peppers, choped
1/4 cup green onions
1 cup peas, cooked
1 cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Directions
1. Cook rice and add first 4 ingredients while hot.
2. When chilled, add parsley, green pepper, green onion and peas.
3. Just before serving, add: 1 cucumber peeled and cubed and 1 cup cherry tomatoes.
